We provide landscaping design, installation, and maintenance services. Specific services, project timelines, and costs will be outlined in individual proposals or invoices.

2. Estimates and Payment

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. A deposit may be required to secure services. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on materials or labor already committed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide access to the property, ensure a safe working environment, and communicate any changes promptly.

5. Warranties and Liability

We stand behind our work, but natural wear and tear or misuse is not covered under warranty. We are not liable for delays due to weather, supply chain issues, or events outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

Designs, photos, or marketing content we create may not be used or duplicated without our permission.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted to our website or provided upon request.
