These Terms of Service govern your use of the Utah's Luxury Landscapes ("ULL," "we," "us," or "our") website and your submission of inquiries through our forms, lead ads, phone calls, and text messages. By using this site or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Content on this site, including descriptions of services, process, portfolio imagery, and any budget ranges, is provided for general information only. It is not an offer, a quotation, or a binding estimate. Pricing, scope, schedule, materials, and warranty terms are established only in a written proposal or contract signed by ULL and the client. Any project photographs show past work; site conditions, materials, and results vary.

Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or reserve a place in our schedule. We may decline or defer any inquiry. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide the phone number and email address you give us, and that you are at least 18 years old.

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree that ULL may contact you by phone call and text message (SMS/MMS) at that number, including with automated technology, regarding your inquiry, your project, and our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You agree not to use this site to submit false information, to send unsolicited advertising, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to scrape or copy site content for commercial use, or to interfere with the site's operation.

All content on this site, including text, layout, design, logos, and photography, is owned by ULL or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Our site links to third-party platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those platforms.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability relating to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This section does not limit any rights or remedies under a signed construction or maintenance contract, which is governed by its own terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County or Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
