This Privacy Policy explains how Utah's Luxury Landscapes ("ULL," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, submit a consultation request, respond to one of our social media or Facebook/Instagram lead forms, call us, or exchange text messages with us.

By using this website or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit information.

• Information you give us: name, phone number, email address, project city or ZIP code, project type, budget range, desired timeline, preferred contact time, and any details you include in a message.
• Lead form information: if you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the contact and project information you provided to that platform.
• Communications: records of calls, text messages, emails, and form submissions, including message content and timestamps. Calls may be recorded where permitted by law and you will be notified when required.
• Automatically collected information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and this site is not directed to children.

• Respond to your consultation request and schedule site visits.
• Prepare estimates, design proposals, contracts, and maintenance schedules.
• Contact you by phone, text message (SMS/MMS), and email about your project or inquiry.

When you provide your phone number and check the consent box on our forms, you give ULL express written consent to contact you at that number by phone call and text message, including through an automated telephone dialing system or prerecorded/artificial voice, about your inquiry and our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further messages, and HELP for help. You may also call us at (801) 360-4785 or email utahsluxurylandscapes@gmail.com to be removed. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages that relate to active work at your property, unless you ask us to stop those as well.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontracted service providers, such as our messaging and CRM platform, is only for the purpose of supporting the services described in this policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that operate our business on our behalf, including our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), email and phone providers, website hosting, analytics, payment processing, and scheduling tools.
• Subcontractors and suppliers when needed to design, build, or maintain your project.
• Legal and safety recipients when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We may need to verify your identity before responding, and an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response or writing to us at the email above; we will answer your appeal in writing.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

We keep information for as long as needed to serve you, meet warranty and record-keeping obligations, and comply with the law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Our site links to third-party sites, including our Instagram profile. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.
